The hole in the side of the fairing was for the installation
of one
of the new (and very hush-hush) buoys. The guy
in dungarees
on deck near the front of the sail is Lou, who had the
watch. He
was concerned about how close the harbor tour boat had
come to the ship and was unaware that his dad was on
the
tour boat snapping his picture at the time!
